Unlike large firms built around volume and handoffs, our firm is structured around precision, accountability, and deep strategic engagement designed for measurable outcomes.

This photo was taken on a water taxi in Venice, Italy, just before I was married at a beautiful Armenian monastery on one of its small islands. What still amazes me is that years earlier, before we ever met, my husband had purchased a large painting of Venice and hung it in his dining room. I worked across from that painting frequently without giving it much thought. Life has a funny way of connecting the dots.
That same painting still hangs in our dining room, now with photos of our wedding in Venice and my piano beneath it. It’s where I enjoy listening to my husband play and where I plan to return to learning and practicing myself when life slows down a bit from raising our adorable son, Freddie.
Unlike the unexpected way a painting of Venice came to life, I had a clear and intentional vision to build a real estate consulting company, one that delivers meaningful, measurable results.
I have a deep passion for real estate and thrive on uncovering inefficiencies, evaluating opportunities, and designing smart, practical strategies that drive real outcomes. I’m naturally drawn to work that demands critical thinking, structure, and disciplined execution.
I’ve spent nearly 20 years in the real estate industry, working on both the landlord and tenant sides across residential, retail, office, industrial, and medical properties. My career spans large corporate environments where I built a reputation for bringing clarity, control, and discipline to fragmented real estate portfolios through risk management, cost savings, and operational efficiency as well as boutique firms, where I introduced innovative processes that improved tenant retention and increased property exposure that were adopted into core business operations.
Across every assignment, I consistently focus on optimizing real estate so it supports broader business goals.
I have a lifelong commitment to learning and growth. In addition to piano, I also enjoy learning to sail when time allows. I earned my MBA from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where I was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, and I hold a Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation from CoreNet Global.
